I have had the pleasure of working in life sciences for more than 25 years as a CEO who led stellar teams to multiple product approvals, a Managing Partner in a preeminent life sciences private equity firm, and an executive with global responsibility in a preeminent CRO. The common thread through my career is a passion for building teams that deliver results to investors, stakeholders, and patients.

I thrive on creating solutions to create better medicines that improve patients’ lives. From my earliest days in the industry, I was drawn to opening the bottlenecks in drug development, and I created solutions in patient recruitment, built tools that tapped the world’s largest integrated database of patient data to optimize clinical research, and led a team that garnered international acclaim for its management of global biopharma partnerships. As a CEO, I am proud to have led a team that developed and launched the first FDA-approved therapy for a condition that affects millions of women. As a leader in private equity, my partners and I managed more than $2 billion of investments in promising late-stage drugs and biopharma commercial products.
